In servicing your computer, MCC/OIO warrants that service will be performed in a professional and timely manner. All services are warranted for a period of 30 days at the discretion of MCC/OIO.
There is NO warranty for removal of viruses, spyware, adware or malware; if they are the cause of a repeat effort, you will be charged again for that service.
The client is the legal owner or authorized representative of the legal owner of the property and all data and components contained therein sent to MCC/OIO. Any property left with MCC/OIO unclaimed for 60 days, will be disposed, in which we reserve the right to charge a storage and disposal fee. At which time, MCC/OIO shall have no liability to the client or any third party.
MCC/OIO agrees not to disclose any and all information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client's equipment except to employees or agents of MCC/OIO subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.
The Customer is responsible for backing up there data prior to any repair being carried out. MCC/OIO offer a data save service which is limited to Documents And pictures providing that non hindered access can be gained to the storage volume. There is no warranty or guarantee with this service.
MCC/OIO Will not in any form, Backup or Transfer Music Or Video Files in any format, Due to Copyright Laws and Anti – Piracy.
MCC/OIO does not accept responsibility for any damage resulting from viruses or other malicious pieces of software that may have been transmitted during servicing or escaped detection.
MCC/OIO Provides a Free BASIC Anti Virus Protection from AVG Unless stated otherwise, This does not completely protect your computer, MCC/OIO will not accept any responsibility for Re-Infection or damage caused by Viruses/Malware/Spyware or any other form of malicious software.
The customer understands and accepts that some applications may no longer work properly after a repair, due to the installation of different hardware or software. It is the customer’s responsibility to reconfigure or reinstall any such applications.
MCC/OIO will not install any application unless a Valid License and Media is provided. MCC/OIO cannot install Software which is given as part of a subscription package such as those provided by Broadband providers. Whilst every effort is made to re-install all applications, no unlicensed applications will be installed.
All Hardware Which is supplied and fitted by MCC/OIO will carry a 12 month guarantee unless otherwise stated. MCC/OIO will not guarantee any hardware which has not been supplied by MCC/OIO.
In the event of a Failure of any hardware Supplied and fitted by MCC/OIO in which it is found to be faulty, MCC/OIO will replace the Hardware Free of charge within the warranty period, and your warranty will continue to run its original course. NO Extended Warranty will be offered.
In the Event of Subsequent failures of hardware, MCC/OIO reserve the right to investigate the issue, and change the Brand of hardware provided in line with Section 11, in case of manufacture fault or batch problems.

MCC/OIO will contact you by Text Message provided that a mobile number has been left; alternatively we will only contact you on a landline phone number, provided, in the event we fail to contact you, it is at the customer’s discretion to contact US, Please See Section 2
Upon collection of your computer, you must produce a Valid Signed Receipt which was issued to you at time of book in, failure to do so will prevent us from returning your computer. NO RECEIPT NO COMPUTER. In the event of a lost receipt, you must call us on 0151 522 0005 from one of your registered numbers on your account, to be issued with a NEW Receipt. There are NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS PROCEDURE.
Only The Account Holder May Collect the Computer or Laptop, There are NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.
MCC/OIO records all Calls and Telephone Numbers which are cross referenced against your account.
All Jobs are subject to a 5-7 Working Day Turnaround time. Due to Reduced staff Our Workshop is closed or runs at a reduced service on a Saturday.
